REWARDS - Terms and Conditions 
  1. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the Agrimesh Technologies Point-Based Reward System - Agrimesh Rewards, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not participate in the Program.


  1. Eligibility

Participation in the program is open to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria set by Agrimesh Technologies. Dealers for Agrimesh Technologies and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.


  1. Earning Points

Points can be earned through referring a new client or purchasing Agrimesh products. The point allocation for each activity will be determined by Agrimesh Technologies and may be subject to change.


  1. Redemption of Points

Accumulated points can be redeemed for different items listed by Agrimesh Technologies. The redemption process, eligible rewards, and any associated terms will be communicated by Agrimesh Technologies and may be subject to change.


  • Agrimesh Gift Cards may be exchanged for annual license/service fees only.

  • Alaska Trip Gift Card

  1. Nature of the Gift Card: As part of the rewards offered through the Point-Based Reward System, participants may have the opportunity to redeem points for a $5000 gift card.

  1. Redemption Limitation: This gift card can only be redeemed at Wildman Lodge, located in Alaska, USA.

  1. Usage Restrictions: The gift card covers expenses related to accommodation, activities, and services offered by Wildman Lodge. However, it does not cover flights, transportation, meals, or any additional expenses incurred during the trip.

  1. Booking and Availability: The trip to Alaska must be booked directly through Wildman Lodge, and redemption is subject to the availability of accommodations and services. Agrimesh Technologies does not guarantee the availability of specific dates or accommodations.

  1. Expiration: The gift card for the Alaska trip is valid until 2 years after redemption. Any unused balance after the expiration date will be forfeited.

  1. Non-Transferable: The Alaska trip gift card is non-transferable and may not be sold, bartered, or otherwise exchanged for value. Any attempt to transfer the gift card may result in disqualification from the Program.

  1. Flights and Extra Expenses: The gift card does not cover the cost of flights, transportation to and from Wildman Lodge, meals, or any additional expenses incurred during the trip. Participants are solely responsible for arranging and covering these expenses.

  1. Changes and Cancellations: Participants must adhere to Wildman Lodge's policies regarding changes, cancellations, and any other terms related to the Alaska trip. Agrimesh Technologies is not responsible for any changes made by Wildman Lodge or any cancellations made by the participant.

  1. Liability: Agrimesh Technologies is not liable for any issues, disputes, or incidents arising from the participant's experience at Wildman Lodge. Participants are subject to the terms and conditions set forth by Wildman Lodge during their stay.

  1. Acknowledgment: By redeeming points for the Alaska trip gift card, participants acknowledge and accept the specific terms and conditions outlined in this section.
  2. Points Expiry

Points may have an expiration date. Agrimesh Technologies reserves the right to set, modify, or waive the expiration period for points at its discretion.


  1. Point Transfers

Points are non-transferable and may not be sold, bartered, or otherwise exchanged for value. Any attempt to transfer points may result in disqualification from the Program.


  1. Termination of the Program

Agrimesh Technologies reserves the right to terminate or modify the Program at any time without prior notice. In the event of termination, participants will be notified of the termination, and any unused points may be forfeited.


  1. Participant Conduct

Participants agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and refrain from engaging in any fraudulent or abusive activities related to the Program. Agrimesh Technologies reserves the right to disqualify participants found to be in violation of these terms.


  1. Privacy and Data Security

By participating in the Program, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with Agrimesh Technologies' privacy policy.


  1. Changes to Terms

Agrimesh Technologies reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.


  1. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the civil laws of Quebec. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Quebec.


By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.

La participation au Programme est ouverte aux individus qui remplissent les critères d'éligibilité définis par Agrimesh Technologies. Les revendeurs de Agrimesh Technologies ainsi que leurs membres de famille immédiate ne sont pas éligibles à participer.


  1. Acquisition de Points

Les points peuvent être obtenus en référant quelqu'un ou en achetant des produits Agrimesh. L'attribution de points pour chaque activité sera déterminée par Agrimesh Technologies et peut être sujette à modification.


  1. Échange de Points

Les points accumulés peuvent être échangés contre produit différent répertorié par Agrimesh Technologies. Le processus d'échange, les récompenses éligibles et tout terme associé seront communiqués par Agrimesh Technologies et peuvent être sujets à modification.


  • Les cartes-cadeaux Agrimesh peuvent être échangées uniquement contre des frais de licence/service annuels.

  •  Carte-Cadeau Voyage en Alaska

  1. Nature de la Carte-Cadeau: Dans le cadre du système de récompenses basé sur les points, les participants peuvent avoir la possibilité d' échanger des points contre une carte-cadeau de 5000 $.

  1. Limite de l'Échange: Cette carte-cadeau ne peut être utilisée qu'au Wildman Lodge, situé en Alaska, États-Unis.

  1. Restrictions d'Utilisation: La carte-cadeau couvre les dépenses liées à l'hébergement, aux activités et aux services offerts par le Wildman Lodge. Cependant, elle ne couvre pas les vols, le transport, les repas ni les dépenses supplémentaires encourues pendant le voyage.

  1. Réservation et Disponibilité: Le voyage en Alaska doit être réservé directement auprès du Wildman Lodge, et l'échange est soumis à la disponibilité des hébergements et des services. Agrimesh Technologies ne garantit pas la disponibilité de dates spécifiques ou d'hébergements.

  1. Expiration: La carte-cadeau pour le voyage en Alaska est valable jusqu'à 2 ans après le rachat. Tout solde inutilisé après la date d'expiration sera perdu.

  1. Non-Transférable: La carte-cadeau pour le voyage en Alaska est non-transférable et ne peut pas être vendue, échangée ou autrement cédée. Toute tentative de transfert de la carte-cadeau peut entraîner la disqualification du Programme.

  1. Vols et Dépenses Supplémentaires: La carte-cadeau ne couvre pas le coût des vols, le transport vers et depuis le Wildman Lodge, les repas ni les dépenses supplémentaires encourues pendant le voyage. Les participants sont entièrement responsables de l'organisation et du paiement de ces dépenses.

  1. Modifications et Annulations: Les participants doivent se conformer aux politiques du Wildman Lodge concernant les modifications, les annulations et tout autre terme lié au voyage en Alaska. Agrimesh Technologies n'est pas responsable des modifications apportées par le Wildman Lodge ou des annulations effectuées par le participant.

  1. Responsabilité: Agrimesh Technologies n'est pas responsable des problèmes, litiges ou incidents découlant de l'expérience du participant au Wildman Lodge. Les participants sont soumis aux termes et conditions établis par le Wildman Lodge pendant leur séjour.

  1. Reconnaissance: En échangeant des points contre la carte-cadeau pour le voyage en Alaska, les participants reconnaissent et acceptent les termes et conditions spécifiques énoncés dans cette section.

  1. Expiration des Points

Les points peuvent avoir une date d'expiration. Agrimesh Technologies se réserve le droit de définir, modifier ou annuler la période d'expiration des points à sa discrétion.


  1. Transfert de Points

Les points ne sont pas transférables et ne peuvent pas être vendus, échangés ou autrement cédés. Toute tentative de transfert de points peut entraîner la disqualification du Programme.


  1. Résiliation du Programme

Agrimesh Technologies se réserve le droit de résilier ou de modifier le Programme à tout moment sans préavis. En cas de résiliation, les participants seront informés de la résiliation, et tout point inutilisé peut être perdu.


  1. Comportement des Participants

Les participants acceptent de se conformer à toutes les lois et réglementations applicables et de s'abstenir de participer à des activités frauduleuses ou abusives liées au Programme. Agrimesh Technologies se réserve le droit de disqualifier les participants en violation de ces termes.


  1. Confidentialité et Sécurité des Données

En participant au Programme, vous consentez à la collecte, à l'utilisation et à la divulgation de vos informations personnelles conformément à la politique de confidentialité de Agrimesh Technologies.


  1. Modifications des Termes

Agrimesh Technologies se réserve le droit de modifier ces termes et conditions à tout moment. Les participants seront informés de tout changement, et la participation continue au Programme constitue l'acceptation des termes modifiés.


  1. Loi Applicable

Ces termes et conditions sont régis par les lois civil de Quebec. Tout litige découlant du Programme sera soumis à la compétence exclusive des tribunaux de Quebec.


En participant au Programme, vous reconnaissez avoir lu, compris et accepté ces termes et conditions.
